My Story
I was the customer first. I'd DM a shop on WhatsApp asking about a product — and just wait. Sometimes hours. Sometimes the whole day. Sometimes they never replied at all.
I'd move on and buy from someone else. Not because the first shop was bad — just because they were slow. The sale went to whoever showed up first.
That kept happening, and I kept thinking: this is a solvable problem. A shop shouldn't lose a customer just because the owner was busy, asleep, or away from their phone. That's not a business failure — it's just a gap technology can fill.
So I built Jyvux — the reply that's always there.
"Every feature exists because of that exact frustration. I know what it feels like to be the ignored customer. I built this so no shop has to lose that sale again."
— Jacton Osara, CEO and Founder of JYVUX-AI
The 18-Year-Old Founder
Jacton completed his KCSE secondary school examinations. Instead of resting during the transition period, he turned his full attention to software engineering and digital commerce. He had watched local merchants lose sales to slow WhatsApp responses and manual M‑Pesa tracking — and he knew he could build a better way.
At just 18 years old, Jacton officially began building Jyvux AI. He didn't wait for funding, a corporate office, or a big team. He started coding from Homa Bay, Kenya, with early support from his cousin, Collins Abwao, who helped with development and testing.
Jacton moved the platform from development to public launch. He deployed the live website at jyvuxai.co.ke, set up corporate emails, and made Jyvux available to Kenyan businesses.
He expanded publicly, launching TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube channels under @jyvuxai — sharing demo videos, branded apparel, and behind‑the‑scenes content to show businesses exactly what Jyvux can do.
Today, Jacton runs JYVUX‑AI as its CEO and sole founder — a live, indexed SaaS platform used by shops across Kenya.
